There is basic etiquette that everyone should be aware of. While these are by no means rules, they should be followed to promote understanding and communication.
1. Don't write in all capital letters - this makes it appear as if you're yelling at the reader and it's also harder to read.
2. Don't swear or use obscene language.
3. Don't give out personal information. Your first name is fine, as well as your city and state.
4. Never offer to give money on the boards, and please do not ask for money. There are countless organizations that will help a pregnant woman, and our job is to put you in contact with them.
5. Lastly, if you are the original poster, please check back to see if you have responses. It can be very frustrating to give a lot of advice and provide a list of resources and then never hear back from the poster.
